I don't think I ever stole anything. What the hell is wrong with me?

Hahahahahha!! Hilarious. I only did the Columbia House thing one time - my dad HAD A TALK with me and I had to forfeit my babysitting money for awhile to repay my parents, so I guess this wasn't stealing. Damn, if only I had had you as a brother my record collection would have had more than 11 vinyls. I won't confess how many of them were Barry Manilow.

Ha, I spent a summer checking Columbia House (aka "CBS Record Club") applications for errors in Bloomington, Indiana. Don't recall getting one from Bud Lurvey...

A lot of people paid for those stinkin' Columbia House records including readers who wrote to the Mr. Fixit column at The Idaho Statesman. I was the guy who did the fixin'. Finally I realized the source of the problem. The readers were responding to the CH ad in Parade Magazine which was included in the Sunday Statesman. So I suggested to the publisher that we ditch Parade. I love this memoir. A life full of incidents. Keep up the good writing. Those Journey LPs could be worth money. I had grief separating from BMG CD club (formerly RCA) in the 90s. Cousin Dave
