I hoped it would actually take longer than 12 hours to get an email like this, but, alas, fucktardery knows no clock:
I just downloaded your Kindle book Where You Lived and you'll pardon me for saying I feel duped. None of the stories in this book are in the least bit about Burn Notice. Why would you lead people to believe this was true?
I wrote this person back and said:
Thanks for buying my book. You are correct. It's not about Burn Notice. I don't think, generally, that I lead people to think anything, but I confess I probably did lead people to believe it was true that this book had nothing to do with Burn Notice.
If this person writes back, I'll let you know.
